Bring your stroller, your water bottle and your energy to District 121, and get ready to move!
Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a way to get outside and stay active with your baby, Stroller Strides is perfect for you. Our instructors will guide you through exercises that are safe, effective and adaptable for all fitness levels. It’s also a great opportunity to make new friends and enjoy some fresh air with your little one. Plan to attend each Thursday in March from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
